However, we understand that situations may arise where you might need to cancel your purchases and request refunds. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellation and refund requests for virtual money purchases within the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by this policy.
Cancellation Policy:
1.1. In-App Virtual Money Purchases: Once you have made a purchase of virtual money (in-game currency) within the App, the purchase is considered final and cannot be canceled. We do not offer any cancellation option for virtual money purchases.
Refund Policy:

- 2.1.1. Technical Issues: If you experience any technical issues or errors during the purchase process that result in the improper delivery of virtual money, you may be eligible for a refund.
- 2.1.2. Unauthorized Purchases: If you believe that an unauthorized purchase has been made on your account, you must notify us immediately through our customer support team at hello@a2z.games to investigate the matter. If the purchase is found to be unauthorized, you may be eligible for a refund.
- 2.1.3. Duplicate Purchases: In case of accidental duplicate purchases of virtual money, you may be eligible for a refund. However, you must contact our customer support team to verify and process the refund.

- 2.3.2. Refunds will not be provided for virtual money purchases made more than 30 days before the refund request.
